Voice Technological Solutions

Voice solutions are the most basic of them all. They are recognized by all users and are especially friendly with children and mature users. Your service can be offered as an interactive voice response or as live voice service. One of voice solutions also enables voting, where a large volume of incoming calls is handled effectively.

Klicni portal (Voice Portal)

Voice portal is suitable for offering interactive voice response. Users access the interactive voice response, which invites to select options from a voice menu, by pressing a number on a phone keypad or by recognizing the user's voice. Premium (090) or non-premium content is available.


Klicni center (Call Centre)

If you wish to provide live voice service, use a mobile call centre, where up to 9 users can simultaneously call your number. Klicni center can provide premium (090) or non-premium services.


Glasovanje (USSD Voting)

It is especially useful for USSD voting of interactive media, such as TV & radio broadcast.
