	Ključna beseda (Keyword) Ključna beseda enables an interactive SMS communication with users. It is a request for information or services. A user initiates a two-way interaction via SMS message with a key word, which represents identification of the requested service. Ključna beseda can be used for commercial and informative purposes. Return SMS messages (incoming for the user) can be premium (090 numbers) or non-premium. Communication initiated by a key word, can be terminated by a reply or extended into an »SMS dialogue«.

You must conclude a cooperation contract with Mobitel to use a keyword. After the contract has been concluded, the purchased keyword is at your disposal for unlimited period of time.

Using the Service

Use your keyword in your own SMS service. Your technical staff will oversee functionality of your SMS service, which functions via SMS Keyword. Your technical staff is required to provide software and hardware for using the service.

Technical Information

If a service provider (company, organization) has selected an interactive communication with his users, he receives his own keyword. When a user sends the keyword on 2929 or on Samostojna številka it serves as an address, which informs Mobitel system M-vrata of the location of the requested information or service. M-vrata system will request the information from your server via internet following HTTP/HTTPS protocol. The program on your server developed for this purpose, which complies with technical specifications, will send the requested information to the user via M-vrata, following the same route.

We recommend you run trials and see how the application works before the commercial launch. You can get a trial keyword also as a natural person/sole proprietor. Complete functionality is contract-based and is only available to legal entities. A trial keyword can be used for a month. The trial period can also be extended. For an SMS quiz you have to purchase an SMS Keyword (e.g. QUIZX). You create the texts and decide which media you're going to use to promote the quiz to reach a better user response. Following prior agreement with Mobitel, the rates for return SMS messages are stipulated and the revenue share is agreed. Mobitel GSM/UMTS users will simply send a keyword QUIZX on 2929. The system replies by sending the first question. The communication goes on until the user meets the conditions for completing the quiz: gives the wrong answer or correctly answers all questions.
