You can use Software Development Kit (SDK) and instructions for development of applications via M:vrata immediately. »First Steps« is a guide, which will walk you through the entire procedure of application development. The guide also includes requirements, conditions, business documentation, information about programming and strategic positioning of your service.

Components of the Software Development Kit (SDK)

The SDK package for M:vrata consists of two main parts:

Documentation files (.chm)
Code-example files and library with php objects for M:vrata

Documentation files contain notes about different documentation versions and a reference book for the SDK package. Code-examples illustrate all individual chapters of the reference book.

System Requirements

PHP4 Version 4.1 or newer and CURL extension are system requirements for the development package of M:vrata.

Microsoft Windows Installation

Development package installation for M:vrata for Microsoft Windows does not differ from the installation of similar programmes and packages. The procedure is as follows:

Download the installation file.
Open the file with the installation file and double click. The name of the file is M_Vrata_SDK.zip.
Extract the files from the archive into a suitable file (or phone book) to set-up the development package for M:vrata. This can be: C:\Program Files\M:vrata_SDK or any other installation file of your choice.
What’s your current version of PHP? If you are not sure, open the command box (CMD) and run PHP with »-v« command to find your current PHP version. If your PHP is in the file C:PHP, do as follows in the command box:

C:\>cd PHP
C:\PHP\>php –v
4.1.0
```
