Kontakt is a WEB application, which enables service providers to
implement voting, quizzes, polls and surveys via
SMS messaging. Kontakt receives and processes SMS messages-requests from users and - following program settings -
automatically sends replies to users' requests.
Service providers must conclude a business agreement with Mobitel and purchase a SMS Keyword. Service providers
implement all services through SMS voting, quizzes, polls, surveys themselves, according to the legislation and the
contract concluded. Service providers must provide terms and conditions of use of the service.
