Klicni center (Call Centre) Licensing
First decide if you wish to offer the service as premium or non-premium. Premium service is a commercial
one, since the user is charged each minute of the call. Non-premium service is most suitable for consumer/customer support, telemarketing,
call centres etc.
To enable Klicni center premium services we require to:
- Send a form with all details for acquiring Mobitel premium 090 number.
- Conclude a contract with Mobitel for premium 090 number, which determines the use of Klicni center.
- Conclude a contract for post-paid packages (Package 090) and acquire SIM cards (termination points).
To enable non-premium Klicni center services we require you to:
- Conclude a contract with Mobitel for Klicni center service.
- Conclude a contract for post-paid packages (Package 090) and acquire SIM cards (termination points).
For premium and non-premium services a number of termination points must be purchased,
which correspond to the number of phone lines you wish to provide.
The Procedure for Acquiring Premium-090-Number

Using the Service
Termination points (SIM cards of 090 Package) can only be used for receiving calls from the root or 090 number,
to which all SIMs of the groups are bound. All other services for these SIM cards are disabled. Temination points do not enable
calling. Direct calls on separate termination points are also not possible.
After you have acquired SIM cards of 090 Package, you must insert SIM cards into mobile phones
and activate them. This must be executed even though you do not intend to use all of them at the beginning. If you
do not activate them the network of connections between termination points might not function properly. This can
lead to disabled call reception on a root number or 090 number.
Technical Information
When a user calls the provider’s root number (for non-premium services) or 090 (for premium services),
the call is diverted to one of the active termination points, which are bound to this number. The call is diverted to
the least called number. If this one is currently occupied, the call is automatically diverted to another least called
active termination point, then to another etc. Automatic call distribution system evenly distributes all calls to active
termination points, which prevents certain numbers to be overly exposed. With non-premium services the root number, when the
calls are distributed, is completely equivalent to other termination points in the group.
Mobile phones not in use must be switched off. This reduces queuing for users, who are on the line. If these
mobiles are not switched off, the mobile phone will keep on ringing for 25 seconds on each active termination point before it
is diverted to the following one. The system operates the same for premium or non-premium services.
Separate termination points can be switched off by switching off mobile phones (see user’s manual). If you remove
the battery before you switch off the mobile, this can lead to disabled call reception on root number – 090 number. The system does
not divert the calls to inactive (switched off) termination points, but only to active ones (switched on).
Non-premium services of Klicni center allow the agent to identify the caller’s line. With premium
numbers this is not available.
Providers can use termination points in Slovenia on the areas covered with Mobitel GSM/UMTS signal.

Advertising
The communication is always initiated by a user, calling your (non-)premium number. For this reason, services,
premium and non-premium must be advertised.
Case Studies
Klicni center is especially suitable for providing information and entertainment services, where agents are
not required to remain in the workplace.
The solution can increase profitability of a counselling service, e.g. relationship counselling, fortune
telling ... In all such cases the company, which offers content, uses Klicni center and delivers SIM cards and mobile phones to the
agents. Agents can telework and are also more motivated because of a relaxed, private working environment. The company can, in turn,
save on overheads (no need to provide facilities and fixed telephony).
