How to Bring Your Ideas to Life?

1. Set the Objective

Define the core of your mobile service: who (consumer target), what (the content), how (the service), when (date of the launch), why (objective of the content).

We recommend you to contact us at Mobitel at least one month before the desired date launch of the service.

2. Setting Terms and Conditions of Use

Together with Mobitel, determine your expectations about the type of the service in your Terms and Conditions of the Use of the Service. Part of these are Terms and Conditiions of Use of M-vrata Service, instruction manual, rates, activities necessary for protecting privacy and safety, complaint management, violations etc.

Samples to prepare these terms and conditions already exist and must be tailor-made for the specific requirements of the service. Mobitel's team will be pleased to help you if you need us.

3. Cooperation Contract

On basis of terms and conditions of use, Mobitel prepares a cooperation contract. We also communicate technical specifications, which enable you to design your application, which will communicate with the M-vrata system.

4. Implementation

Decide yourself, who will prepare the service: developer from your company or a specialized external consultant/company. You can also use one of Mobitel's ready-made solutions if their funcitonalities fit the purpose of your service.

5. Test Your Service

After you have prepared the service continue with the technical installation and with a trial period, where also billing procedures are tested.

6. Commercial Launch

After the trial period is completed, you as the service provider and we, at Mobitel confirm that the service is ready for the commercial launch. The service is always activated on the first day of the month.

7. Service Promotion

Service providers take care of the activation and service promotion.
